Acceptable Use Policy

Every order is read by a person before production starts. We decline briefs that fall into the categories below and return the credit.

We will not make

• Sexual or sexually suggestive content, and anything involving minors in a sexual or exploitative way.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or glorifies cruelty.
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying or content targeting people for who they are.
• Videos that impersonate a real person, or put words in a real person's mouth, without their consent.
• Deceptive content: fake news, fake endorsements or testimonials, scams, or political content designed to mislead voters.
• Promotion of illegal products or services, or of regulated goods where that promotion is not allowed.

Rights you must have

• Brands and logos: order promo videos only for brands you own or are authorised to promote.
• Photos: upload only photos you took or have permission to use. If people are recognisable, you must have their consent.
• Music: upload only songs you own or have licensed. If you're not sure, choose an original track instead.

Our showcase

Concept videos in our showcase that feature well-known brands are unofficial pieces made to demonstrate our style. They are not available to order for brands you don't represent.

Enforcement

If a brief breaks this policy we cancel it and return the credit. Repeated attempts, or attempts to use the service to infringe rights, lead to account suspension without refund of used credits.
