How long are the videos?
Promo videos run 15, 30, 45 or 60 seconds. Music videos come as a 60-second cut, which uses 1 credit, or a full-length song up to four minutes, which uses 3 credits.
How fast will I get my video?
Paid videos arrive within 24 hours of a complete brief, often sooner; a free video arrives within 72 hours. If we need to ask you something, the clock restarts when you reply. Revisions on paid videos are turned around within 24 hours, and your dashboard shows the status the whole time.
What if I want changes?
Every paid video includes five revision rounds. Tell us what to change (a headline, the pace, a colour, the photo order) and each new version arrives within 24 hours. Free videos don't include revisions.
What if you can't make my video?
If a brief falls outside our acceptable-use policy or we can't deliver it, we cancel the order and the credit goes straight back to your balance. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
