Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you buy video credits and order promo videos or music videos from Opus 5.5 Video.

Last updated: 2026-09-30

These terms apply to your use of opus55-video.org and to every video you order from Opus 5.5 Video ("we", "the studio"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

Opus 5.5 Video is a done-for-you production service. You submit a brief; we produce a promo video or music video using Claude Opus 5.5 and our own production tools, review it, and deliver it to your dashboard. It is not a self-serve editor or an API.

2. Accounts

You need an account to order. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us about any unauthorised use. One person or organisation per account.

3. Video credits and payment

  • Credits are bought in one-time packs (1, 5 or 10 videos). Nothing renews automatically.
  • One credit covers one video up to 60 seconds. A full-length music video (up to four minutes) uses three credits.
  • Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash except as described in our Refund Policy.
  • Each account may order one free video (up to 60 seconds) without credits. Free videos are delivered as 720p MP4 files with an Opus 5.5 Video watermark and do not include revisions.
  • Prices are in US dollars and processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.

4. Briefs and delivery

  • Paid videos are delivered within 24 hours of a complete brief; the free video within 72 hours. If we need information from you, the order is paused until you reply.
  • Paid videos are delivered as 1080p HD MP4 files without watermark, in the format you chose, with a cover frame.
  • If your brief breaks our Acceptable Use Policy or we can't produce it, we cancel the order and return the credit.

5. Revisions

Each paid video includes five revision rounds, requested from the order page after delivery. Each revision is delivered within 24 hours. The free video does not include revisions. A revision refines the delivered video; changing to a different concept counts as a new order.

6. Your content

You keep all rights in what you send us (logos, text, photos, audio). You confirm you own or are licensed to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law. You give us permission to use your content only to produce, deliver and support your order.

7. Rights to the delivered video

When your order is delivered, you receive a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, copy, edit and publish the video for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. Original music we compose for your order is included in that licence. We may keep a copy for our records and to handle revisions, but we will not show your video publicly without your permission.

8. Samples and concept videos

Brand videos in our public showcase are unofficial concept pieces. They are not commissioned by, affiliated with or endorsed by the companies named, and the trademarks shown belong to their owners.

9. Disclaimers and liability

We produce every video with care, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: [email protected].
