Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Opus 5.5 Video ("we", "us") collects when you use opus55-video.org, why, and what choices you have. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

1. Account details — your name, email address and profile picture from the sign-in provider you choose (for example Google).
2. Your briefs — everything you enter in an order form: website URLs, product descriptions, prompts, lyrics, preferences and notes.
3. Files you upload — logos, screenshots, photos and audio tracks attached to an order.
4. Delivered work — the videos, cover frames and related files we produce for you.
5. Payment records — the pack you bought, the amount and the payment status. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
6. Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and basic analytics (Google Analytics) that tell us how the site is used.

How we use it

We use this information to produce and deliver your videos, keep your account and credit balance, process payments and refunds, answer support messages, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

How your brief is processed

To produce a video, your brief and the relevant files are processed by our producers and by the AI services we use in production, including Claude Opus 5.5 from Anthropic and, for original music, third-party music generation services. They receive only what is needed to make your video.

Storage and retention

Files and videos are stored on Cloudflare R2. We keep your briefs, uploads and delivered videos for as long as your account is active so you can download them again. You can ask us to delete an order's files, or your whole account, at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the studio (hosting, storage, payments, analytics, email and AI production tools), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users. We never publish your videos or photos in our showcase without your written permission.

Your choices

You can view your orders in your dashboard, request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU/UK or California you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR or CCPA, which we honour on request.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language, and analytics cookies to understand traffic.

Children

Opus 5.5 Video is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or on the site.
